摘要
目的:建立毛细管色谱法检测纯牛奶中敌百虫农药残留的快速检测方法。方法用乙腈对纯牛奶中的敌百虫进行提取,通过CP-Sil19 CB分离,再利用气相色谱-脉冲火焰光度检测器检测。结果结果敌百虫产生四种分解产物,定量分析呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.99,在纯牛奶中添加1、2、5倍检测限浓度水平回收率在80%~105%之间, RSD在7%~10%之间,在CP-Sil19 CB上最小检测浓度为0.01 mg/kg。结论检测能满足方法学要求,可供其他实验室借鉴。
ABSTRACT:Objective To develop a rapid method for the determination of trichlorfon in pure milk by gas chromatography. Methods Trichlorfon is extracted in pure milk with acetonitrile and separated by CP-Sil19 CB, then determined by gas chromatography-mass pulsed flame photometric detector. Results Trichlorfon produce four kinds of breakdown products, the method showed a good linearity in the quantitative analysis of the correlation coefficient>0.99, the recovery rate of the pure milk that was added 1, 2, 5 times the detection limit of trichlorfon concentration level was between 80%~105%and the RSD between 7%~10%, the minimum detectable concentration is 0.01 mg/kg in the CP-Sil19 CB. Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive, and accurate, it is satisfy for the requirement of methodology which can be referenced in the other LABS.
