摘要
目的:研究浸泡预处理提取伊朗蒿精油的最佳条件及精油的抑菌效果。方法:采用浸泡预处理,并试用不同的条件对精油进行提取,同时采用滤纸片扩散法来检测精油对于毕赤酵母生长的抑制作用。结果:浸泡预处理提取伊朗蒿精油的最佳工艺是料液比为1:15;浸泡预处理24h后回流5h,得到的精油量为12.0ml/kg。结论:伊朗蒿精油对于毕赤酵母的生长具有明显的抑制作用。
Object:The present research attempted to find the optimal conditions for the extraction of essential oil from Artemisia persica Boiss with the infiltration pretreatment and its antifungal effects. Method:Essential oil from Artemisia persica Boiss was extracted under different conditions and the inhibiting effect of essential oil on Pichia pastoris was detect as well. Result:The results showed that the best condition is to keep the ratio of 1:15 between solid and liquid with immersing treatment for 24h and refluxing for 5h and the yield of essential oil reaches up to 12.0ml/kg. Conclusion:The essential oil extracted from Artemisia persica Boiss have been inhibiting the growth of Pichia pastoris.
