摘要
为了解印度香对空气微生物抑制作用,笔者在室内就几种印度香对空气细菌总数的影响进行了初步测定,并采用滤纸片法对空气细菌和真菌进行了平板抑菌试验。结果显示:供试的六种印度香熏烟对于空气细菌总数均有一定的影响,且随着熏香时间的延长,抑制率逐渐增加;供试印度香熏烟对待测的一株细菌及一株青霉菌均具皿内抑制作用,且随着熏烟采集时间的延长,抑菌圈基本呈增大趋势,其中Rose Dew和Frangipani抑菌效果最明显。本研究一方面为印度香抑菌功效提供理论依据,另一方面为寻找抑制病原微生物的印度香及原料奠定基础,对于印度香在疾病预防领域的开发与利用具有一定意义。
The inhibiting effect of Indian incenses on aerial bacteria was investigated under the room condition by natural sedimentation method. The inhibition rate of six different incenses on aerial bacteria at different burning time was analyzed as well, in order to understanding the inhibiting effect of the Indian incenses on aerial microbe. The result showed that the Indian incenses have inhibited aerial bacteria and the inhibiting effect was related with types of different incenses and length of burning time. In addition, there is a pronounced inhibiting effect on cone of two strains of aerial microbe in culture plates. The data has demonstrated that several Indian incenses have inhibiting effect on tested microbe, and the inhibiting effect increased gradually with the collecting time. The experiment provides an important baseline for seeking incenses and its material and has some significance on the development and utilization of Indian incense in the field of disease prevention.Indian incense; aerial microbe; penicilliu; inhibition effect
