论农村公路低造价安全保障措施选用与设置

Analysis on the Selection and Setting of the Security Safeguarding Measures of Low Cost Rural Highway

文章针对农村公路交通构成复杂、公路等级低、线形差、路侧危险程度高等特点,结合农村公路实际情况,提出了农村公路选用安全保障措施时应该遵循节约性理念、以人为本、灵活性和宁静交通理念,并分别对安保设施的选型、功能、造价等进行综合分析比较,提出了适用于农村公路的低造价安全设施建议。

In connection with the actual situation and the characteristics of rural highway, such as complex structure, low-rank highway, poor route condition, higher degree of roadside hazard, we introduced the conceptions of the economization and of the people-oriented, and the ideas of flexibility and traffic calling that should be flowed for the selecting the security facilities of the rural highway. The selection of security facilities, function and cost of rural highway was analyzed comprehensively and provided an applicable suggestion of the selecting safety facilities for low cost rural highway.
