盾叶薯蓣叶片形态多样性研究 被引量:24

摘要 盾叶薯蓣不同单株、同株不同部位叶片形态变异较大。利用数量分类和统计的方法 ,以 11个居群的 82个盾叶薯蓣单株为材料 ,对各居群叶片的 7个形态特征值进行了测量 ,并以此计算出 5个导出值。统计表明 ,各个特征值变异很大 ,相对标准误差均超过了 0 2 ;UP GMA法将 82份单株聚为 3个大类群 ,第一组为长叶型 ,第二组为宽叶型 ,第三组为普通型 ,大部分叶片属于第三组。同株不同部位叶片形态差异比较结果表明 ,基部和中部叶片差异较大 ,而中部和上部叶片形状接近。同一单株不同部位叶斑纹和叶尖类型相同。 Great variety of leaf shape was found in different individuals and different parts of the same individual of Dioscorea zingiberensis.By numerical classification and statistical analysis,7 morphological characteristics of leaves sampled from 82 individuals of the 11 populations were measured,and based on the 7 characteristics,5 derived values were calculated,all the variables were analyzed by SPSS.The descriptive analysis of SPSS showed that all the characteristic value varied broadly with all RSD over 0.2.All the individuals can be classified into 3 groups by UPGMA method.Group 1,the long leaf type,is characterized by the longest leaf length and narrow,oblong mid-lobe.Group 2,the wide leaf type,which has a bigger extent in width than in length,can be described as:leaf blade deltoid-ovate,leaf margin cleft,mid-lobe wide deltoid and base partite.Most of the individuals were distributed in group 3,the common type.Leaf variation of different parts of the same individuals were also surveyed,leaves in base part are significantly different to those in middle and upper parts,but shows uniform stripe along veins and same type of leaf apex.
