传统产业的辉煌已经成为全球经济发展里程碑。发达国家的管理和科技革命带动了21世纪新经济时代的到来,并推动了经济全球化的发展。以发达国家高新技术产业为核心的世界经济格局,使发展中国家面临着巨大的压力;同时,也迎来了发展机遇。中国作为最大的发展中国家,一方面需要充实和改造传统经济成分;另一方面,又要探索高新技术产业的发展道路,以扭转产品或服务在价值分配中的不平衡状态。

The glory of traditional industry has built up the milestone of global economy. The revolution of management and technology in development countries has witnessed the coming of a new economic era. Centered by the high-tech industry, the global economic pattern brings pressure as well as opportunities to developing countries. As the biggest developing countries, China should put shared importance on traditional industry and high-tech industry, so as to get more added values in its products and services.
