摘要
本文围绕我国经济体制改革与高技术应用中面临的战略性管理决策活动,讨论了战略性决策的类型、基本心理特征和理论模型,并通过对若干新技术引进项目决策的案例分析,探讨了战略性决策的不确定性与风险特征及信息加工机制,从而提出了战略性决策任务环境结构化和决策支持系统界面设计的若干原则。
This article focuses upon the strategic decisions in the Chinese economic reform andhigh-technology applications.It discusses the types,psychlological characteristics andmodels of strategic decisions.Based on the case analysis of some technology transfer proj-ects,some uncertainty factors in relation to the technology transfer are presented,and threeprinciples for task environment structuring and decision support design are formulated.
