摘要
作为同样具有管理过程、服务性质的高职院校,引入ISO9000族标准具有现实的必要性和可行性。按照标准要求构建教育务质量体系,既要体现ISO质量管理体系的规范性,又要突出职业教育的特点,科学辨证地看待ISO质量管理体系在高职院校管理中的应用。
The introduction of ISO quality management system into higher professional schools is a new thought to increase the quality of education services. In the process of application, features of educational establishments should be given importance, while maintaining the standard of such system.
