摘要 随着跳远运动发展和人们对其认识水平的不断提高,助跑技术以跳远成绩的提高和发展愈显密切和重要。从奥康纳(7.61m)到欧文斯(8.13m)及比蒙(8.90m)各自保持了20~25年间的世界纪录被打破,都表明其与助跑技术的发展有关。新世界纪录创造者鲍威尔(8.95m)及刘易斯等优秀运动员的助跑技术使人耳目一新。这不仅使跳远助跑技术又有了新的发展,也对“可控速度”理论提出挑战。因此,探讨助跑的发展,有助于对跳远技术理论更全面、深入的理解和认识。 It has been well-known that the aporach techniques are virtually important reuqirments for success in the events. Reviewing the event's reconds from the first one (7.61m) created by Orconan to Eucvas's and Binmon's (8.13m and 8.90m). each of them have been hold for over 20 to 25 years. All these reconds were not broken unless the creation of mew appoach techniques occured. Powell and other elite athletes created the new world reconder by adopting the techniques of active accelerating run-up inlast severial strides. It marks anew developmental phrase of the event and isa mighty challenge to the traditinal 'conrolled speed' theory. In this paper the Techniques evolution of the long jumping approach is discussed and then some useful references are suggested.
