应重视4×100接力整体能力训练

Paying Attention to Training the Whole Ability of 4×100 Metres Relay Race

通过对影响4×100m接力整体水平和成绩诸因素的分析,结合指导4×100m接力队训练的实践体会,笔者认为,必须重视和加强对4×100m接力的训练,特别是整体能力的训练,大胆实践,敢于革新训练方法,努力使4×100m接力的整体能力和运动成绩得到提高。

In the competion of 4×100 metres relay, the failures of passing and touching baton often take place in relay runners. It is a main reason that people make less research and training on this event than other events in track and field. In addition, runners taking part in race are not fixed, relay team is temporarily organiged, especially the whole ability and training level of relay team is lower. Analysing the factors that limit to improve the whole training level and results of 4×100 metres relay,according to the experience of coaching this event, author cosider it necessary to stengthen the training of 4×100 metres relay, particularly the training of improving whole ability of relay team. Author also hopes coachers and relay runners to train hard to reformvonstantly training methods and improve the training level and results of 4×100 metres relay in the future.
