摘要
利用现场遥测所得的RESP结果来分析太极拳的呼吸形式对人体的作用,就目前国内外尚属首次。本研究分析了打太极拳时的2170个呼吸周期,发现低频、高深度、持续稳定这一太极拳特有的形式,能使循环和消化系统得到很好地锻炼,改善了肠胃肝脾等脏器的血流状况,为太极拳治病和健身的作用提供了一定的理论依据。
In this essay, the author initiates the analysis of what good effect the breathing pattern brought to body when playing TaiJiQuan by using on-field Remote Technique. In the study we analyse the 2170 breathing pattern of TaJiQuan, that is, low frequency, high depth, and continued steady, which helps the circulatory and digestive systems and improves blood stream of internal organs of body, such as liver, spleen, intestines and stomach. This finding provides some scientific basis for the effect of TaiJiQuang which can cure some disease and keep one in good health.
