速度型背越式跳高的教学实验研究

A Teaching Experimental Study on Speed Type Back Layout

纵观近十几年背越式跳高技术的发展,是朝着助跑快、起跳快、衔接快的注重速度方面的技术发展的,是以速度为核心学习、掌握、完善背越式跳高技术的。然而,目前我国体育院校的背越式跳高技术教学中却忽视了快速助跑与快速起跳这一最核心的技术。笔者通过本实验以期对背越式跳高技术教学做进一步的探讨。

The technological development of back layout in recent more than ten years is along the direction of faster approach run, faster jump and faster link up. More and more people are taking the speed as a core of mastering and perfecting the technology of Back Layout. However, nowadays,the technological teaching of Back and Layout in our country's physical education institutes, we ignored the core technologies such as fast approach run and fast jump. The author hopes to go further study into the technological teaching by this experiment.
