影响体育函授教育质量诸因素及其分析

Analyses on Factors Influencing on Quality Of Sport Correspondance Education

本研究通过问卷调研法,调研了200名函授毕业学员对函授教育五个因素55个指标的意见,对反馈意见量化处理后进行分析讨论,以便了解体育函授教育特点与现状,了解影响体育函授教育质量的诸种因素及其主要因素,为改进体育函授管理工作、提高函授教育质量提供依据。调研结果发现,自学条件是对函授教育质量影响最大的因素,其余依次为学习效果、自学情况、面授情况以及函授教材。

This study investigated 200 graduated correspondance students through questions investigation. Discuss and analysis was made after statistical processing to feedback opinions so as to understand characteristics and present situation of sport correspondance education, and to find out different influencing factors and respective importance. this provided a scientific basis for improving management and quality of correspondance education. Investigating results suggested that the self-teach condition were the most important influencing factor, and others were study effect, self-teach state, face to face teaching state and correspondance textbook.
