初探人体跳跃过程中的能量利用 被引量:7

摘要 对实验作进一步研究发现:在进行上步纵跳和跳深时,实测人体重心的腾空高度与相应的踏跳冲量换算高度间存在显著差异。作者认为,冲量之所以不能完全转化为人体向上的动量,其原因在于这类动作落地时非完全弹性碰撞引起机械能的损失所至。从而提出了踏跳过程中冲量的利用率观点。作者还认为,踏跳冲量的利用率与运动员踏跳时的机体状况和技术水平有关。在对实验数据进行回归分析时发现:适宜高度的跳深练习对上步纵跳能力的影响要大于原地纵跳。运动员如要发展上步纵跳能力,应较多地采用适宜高度的跳深练习作为训练手段。 jump highness of practical measure human body center of gravity and the highness of counting from the impulse of beat the board have marked difference in the approach jump and the jump of falling body to the ground from platform. The writer thinks that the impulse can't completely change into the upward mome-ntum, it is reason that these movements are not complete elastic collision when human body falls to ground and give rise to mechanical energy loss. Then we forword to the viewpoint of impulse utilization radio. The writer also thinks that the inpulse utilization radio have relation with sportman's organism condition and the standard of silled movement. We engagaged in ther regression analysis of the da-ta and found that the jump of falling body to the ground from platform of suitable-place jump. Sportman should more use the training method of jump of falling body to the ground from platform of suitable highness in order to develop the approach jump ability.
