摘要
在短时间剧烈运动时,乳酸是致疲劳的重要原因之一。为了加速乳酸的消除,我们研究小组设计了一种通过促进草酰乙酸的合成来加速三羧酸循环的疲劳消除剂。 经人体实验证明,此消除剂对消除乳酸的堆积有明显的效果(P<0.05),起到了加速乳酸氧化的作用。因此,受到教练员和运动员的欢迎。
Lactic acid is one of the causes of fatigue in strenuous sports, which is eliminated by oxidation in tissue, in order to encourage this elimination, our research group designed an antitode that promotes the synthesize of oxaloacetic acid and a-ketojlutaric acid, which speeds up the tricarboxylic acid cycle. The theory used for this antitode relates the rate of oxdation to the amount of caid cycle. The expriments in human beings prove that this antitode has good results in eliminating Lactic acid. It is highly valued by coaches and athletes.
