摘要
柔韧素质是人类五大运动素质之一,在人体自然生长发育过程中具有随年龄增长而不断变差的特性,所以柔韧素质发展水平的早期预测就成为运动员选材和训练中一个重要问题。早期预测得准就可以提高选材成功率,使训练工作做到更加有的放矢。经遗传学家和运动学家研究发现,柔韧素质具有较大的遗传性,其遗传力大小在0.7以上。柔韧素质受较大的遗传影响,就可以使我们从遗传方面对其发展水平进行一定程度的预测。指嵴纹数是一个数量遗传性状,包含了许多遗传信息,经苏联科学家研究发现,柔韧紊质与指嵴纹数存在较大的相关,即柔韧素质的好坏与指嵴纹数的多少呈负相关。本文利用计算机为主要研究工具,对不同柔韧素质群体的指嵴纹数进行了对比分析研究,结果发现,中国人柔韧素质与指嵴纹数的关系与苏联科学家的研究结论正相反,表现为正相关特性,即指嵴纹数越多,柔韧素质越好;指嵴纹数越少,柔韧素质越差。
Flexibility is an important fitness for athlete selection. TFRC is a synthetic and dermatoglypbic target that incluses a lot of genetic imformations. It's also the important target for medical and sports dermatoglyphy. To research the relationship between flexibility and TFRC. We have studied the TFEC of the good Flexibility group and the poor flexibility group with computer. Results have shown that TFRC of the two groups have significant differences. The TFRC of the good flexibility group is more than that of the poor group,despite males or females, right hands or left hands. The results we have got are opposite from the other countries.
