模拟高原游泳训练血中LPO、SOD、LA的变化与运动能力关系初探 被引量:1

摘要 本文实验结果显示,大鼠经缺氧游泳训练后,血过氧化脂质(LPO)明显降低,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性明显提高,乳酸(LA)显著降低。作者认为,上述血生化指标的变化与高原训练提高运动能力密切相关。 The present study was performed in a hypobaric chamber simulated altitude swimming training on 4000 meters. After altitude swimming training, the results showed that the lipid peroxidation (LPO) and lactic acid (LA) in the blood of the rat were significantly decreased (p<0.001), but the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the blood was increased significantly (p<0.001). These results show that, changes of LPO, SOD and LA were closely related to improvement of athletic power by the altitude swimming training.
