情境控制是管理行为的一个先决条件;教练员与运动员的关系是决定情境控制度的最重要因素之一。教练员作为运动集体的具体决策人和直接管理者,必须具备一定条件,才能处理好人际关系,有效地控制“软环境”,为其管理活动服务。

The situation control is a prerequisite of the management behavior. The relationship between coaches and players is one of the most important factors in deciding the degree of situation control. Being the concrete polieymakers and direct managers of the sports collectives, coaches must have certain requirements so that they could deal well with interpersonal relation and effectively control the 'soft situation' for the service of their administration activities.
