摘要
通过现场测试的方法,对散手运动员的赛后即刻心率及血乳酸进行分析。结果表明,其专项耐力的特点,是以无氧耐力为主。在此基础上,论述了提高散手运动员无氧耐力的几种训练方法。
The authors analyze the instantaneous heart rates and blood lactid acid of free-hand sportsmen after competitions with the methods of on-the-spot testing. The results show that within the features of the special endurance, anaerobic endurance takes the first place. On this basis, some training methods are reviewed for improving anacrobic endurance of the free-hand sportsmen.
