摘要
通过现场拍摄后的影片解析,对第11届亚运会女子标枪冠军张丽、亚军徐德妹的投掷技术参数进行定量分析。在此基础上,对改进她俩的技术动作,提出了5点建议。
By studying the films taken on the competition site,the quantitative analysis on the throwing technique parameters of Zhang Li,the champion,and Xu De—reel,the runner—up in the javelin throw of the 11th Asian Games,is conducted in the paper. On the basis of the analysis,5 suggestions on improving the two throwers' technical actions are presented.
