摘要
本文考察了我国近五年来开展的有关高校人力资源管理与学术梯队结构及评估的研究,对研究的现状作了理论与方法论方面的分析.文章根据人事心理学、决策心理学和教育管理心理学的新理论与方法,提出以梯队知识结构与专业任务特征之间最佳匹配作为学术梯队效能评估与预测的关健指标的构想,并且讨论了高校学术梯队整体效能评估研究的新思路。
This article revieaed the studies of recent five yearson academic team effectiveness and human resourcemanagement in colleges and universities in China.Ananalysis of thearetical and methodological issues incurrent researchwas provided.Based on new developments oftheories and methods in personnel psychology,psychology ofdecision-making,and psychology of school managemnet,theoptimal fit between tham knowledge structure and specialtytask was proposed as a key indicator for the assessment andprediction of the academic team effectiveness.The newapproach to theteam performance appraisal was then discussed.Key wards:Academic team,Knowledge structure,Specialtycharacteristics,Performance appraisal
