本文回顾了我国军船论证、研究、设计工作的概况和该领域中的新发展,分析研究了先进海军国家值得借鉴的学术理论和设计思想,介绍了我国水面舰艇、潜艇CAD研究、开发工作的进展,阐述了“两力、六性”是我国舰艇研制中综合作战指标有效控制的理论和设计工作应遵循的基本原则。

This paper describes the present situation and new development in the field of warship design and research in China. It analyses the academic theory and design idea of advanced navies which are worth reference, and introduces the work and progress in the research of CAD for surface ships and submarines in China. The authors consider that 'Two Capabilities and Six Characteristics' is an effective theory in the control of the comprehensive operational index during warship development in China and also a basic principle in warship design.
