摘要
本文着重研究如何提高体育院系学生短跑教学质量,利用10年时间,对西安体院77、81、86级700多名学生的100米全程及各分段时间,步幅、步频进行了追踪测试,经分析研究制定了100米不同成绩的各段指标参数。借以教有目的,学有目标,为更好地控制教学,提高教学质量,提供了科学依据。
This study lays emphasis on way how to improve teaching quality for sprint. We made a lot of tracing tests to the stride length, stride frequency and touchdown of 100m sprint of 700 students from Xi'an Physical Education Institute during the past 10 years, then determined related indexes and parameters for different 100m sprint records according to the analysis of tracing test. This results will provide a scientific basis for improving teaching quality, controlling teaching process better and finishing teaching tasks faster.
