男子手枪速射从6″开始训练的实验研究

摘要 传统的手枪速射训练常采用8″—6″—4″递进式方法,但还有诸多不足。本文通过实验,对传统训练和从6″开始训练的效果进行了比较研究,结果表明:男子手枪速射从6″开始训练要优于传统训练,具有较强的可行性和实用性。 The traditional rapid fire pistol training always use 8-6-4 seconds progressive methods. However, the traditional training method remainis to be improved. In this article, the author compared the effect of the traditional training method with the method of bcgining from six seconds by experiments. The results showed that the former was superior to the latter. The method of begining from six seconds can be used effectively.
