摘要
本文根据生物力学原理设计和研制的跟后痛治疗保护套,试用以来,深受广大患者的好评,于1992年4月获得了国家专利局实用新型专利,经8周患者使用保护套的定量研究:立定跳远、提踵次数、足背、跖屈力量、踝关节活动幅度等,实验后伤侧足运动机能基本达到了健侧足的水平,跟腱炎治疗显效为87.7%。骨刺等治疗显效达90%,结果表明受伤期间穿带该保护套活动,可使患者边治疗边训练,能加快治疗康复周期和明显改善运动机能,其效果极为明显,是目前治疗和预防跟后痛伤病的有效手段和措施,可在运动训练、一般体力劳动和健身运动领域中推广使用。
In this study, the orthotic device in treatment of posterior heel pain (PHP) was designed and developed based on bimechcnical principle. The set is praised by the patients. The National Patent Office has passed the application of the set in April this year. We selected the four index (standing broad jump, tor raise test, active goniometric measurements of ankle flexibility and force measurements of ankle flexion) to quantitatively analyse the healing effect on PHP. After 8 weeks' test, the results showed that the rate of remarkable healing effects on Achilles tendinitis and Sever's disease was repectively 87.7% and 90%. Wearing this set, the patient can be treated and trained in the mean time ,the period of treatment of PHP can be shortened. Therefore this set be promoted in sports training, physical activity and body building fields.
