我国奥运战略与西北竞技体育开拓性发展

On Chinese Olympic Strategy and the Development of Competive Sport In the Nor thwest of China

在我国实现世界体育强国的目标下,通过对西北竞技体育自身发展力度的分析,提出在加快改革步伐的形势下,西北地区竞技体育应采取开拓性发展措施。利用地区条件和可能开展体育经营创收,弥补经费不足;从国家奥运战略的总格局出发,实施“东引西进”战略措施。

By analyzing the developing situation of competive sport in the Northwest of China, the author put forward that the Northwest should take effective measures in the compctive sport, use the local condition to earn money in order to make up for the insufficient of funds and from the view of overall situation of Olympic Stategy, carry out the strategic measure that introduce from the cast and march into the west.
