期货投资基金在国外存在已久,在国内仍是一种新型的投资工具。从我国目前金融及期货市场的发展状况来看,发展期货投资基金已刻不容缓,但存在多方面的制约因素,尤其是法律规制。因此,我们应借鉴发达国家的相关经验,对期货投资基金进行有效的法律规制,以促其规范起步,良性发展。

The futures fund has been existing in foreign countries for a long time, and has been a new tool of investment in our country. From the present developing situation of banking and futures market in our country, it is imminent to develop futures fund. We should take relevant experiences of developed countries for reference and make effective legal regulations on our country's futures fund to promote its standardized commencement and good progressing.
