摘要
本文介绍了日本和澳大利亚特殊教育的概况和发展趋势,指出这两国的特殊教育都非常发达,十分受重视,具有明确的教育目标和规范化的教学体系,有严格的特教师资培训制度,有大量机构和专家从事特教研究,两国特教的共同发展趋势是:一体化;重视早期干预;父母参与;训练程序化;计算机在研究中的普遍应用;个别教育计划.
This article describes the current developments in Special Educationin in Japan andAustralia.It is shown that special education in both countrics arc advanced with clear edu-cational objectives and formal instructional systems.The common trends in special educa-tion of both countries are:(1)unified educational system;(2)early intervention;(3)par-ents participation;(4)procedural training;(5)use of computers in research;(6)individualeducational program.
