摘要
4种抗生素对单倍体小黑杨叶片愈伤组织的诱导及丛生芽形成影响的研究结果表明 :哈尔滨制药总厂和上海制药四厂生产的头孢唑啉钠可为首选 ,各浓度梯度 (2 5 0 ,5 0 0 ,75 0 ,10 0 0 ,12 5 0mg/L)对分化无明显抑制 ,甚至对分化还有一定的促进作用 ;鼎国公司生产的头孢唑啉钠对分化的抑制较大 ,其分化率随浓度梯度的上升而下降 ,而且长势差 ,分化较慢 ;卡那霉素的选择作用表现得很明显 ,浓度在 15m g/L时 ,叶片分化 ,2 0mg/L时则不分化 ,所以在选择抗生素时 ,浓度以大于 2 0mg/L为宜。
Effects of four antibiotics on induction fo calli and buds formation of Populus simonii.×P.nigra were studied.The results show that the effect of Cefazolin sodium which is produced by Pharmaceutial Factory of Harbin and Cefazolin sodium which is produced by No.4 Pharmaceutial Factory of Shanghai are very similar when we used the two antibiotics to act on the Populus simonii×P.nigra.Because each density gradient (250 mg/L,500 mg/L,750 mg/L,1 000 mg/L,1 250 mg/L)has no significant restraint,even has some extant of promoting,Cefazolin which is produced by Dingguo has more restraint on differentiation,its race of differentiation falls down when density rises,and growing inferior,differentiating slowly;the select effect of Kanamycin is significant,leaves differentiate when the density is 15 mg/L,and when 20 mg/L,they do not differentiate.In terms of this density,the density had better above 20 mg/L.
