摘要
本研究通过对47个县市部分劳动人事管理干部的现场访谈和测量,系统考查了人事管理决策的信息结构特点与决策辅助要求.研究结果发现,人事决策信息具有层次特征,整个信息结构呈网络开型,决策信息的结构关系方面偏重能力要求和一般成绩信息,本研究在此基础上提出了以人职匹配、效标预测、信息调用作为人事决策辅助的基本策略.
Using field interview and questionnaire survey with 152 personnel managers from 47counties and cities in China,the present study examined the structural characteristics ofpersonnel decision information and its decision support requirements.The results of a sec-ond-order factor analysis revealed a network structure of personnel information with 13information items in the surface structure and four dimensions in the deep structure(person-job fit information,criteria-related information,systems information andnon-procedural information).On the basis of the results,three decision support strategieswere proposed and their implications were discussed:person-job fitting strategy,criteriaprediction strategy and information transferring strategy.(The research was supported by agrant from the Chinses National Science Foundation)
