本文从考察现实中组织决策的主要特征出发,对经典决策理论和组织决策理论作了对比,提出了组织决策理论研究在注意、冲突、学习与适应、模糊性四个方面对经典决策理论提出的挑战,探讨了组织决策理论要进一步深入研究的几个方面.

From the main characteristics of organizational decision-making in real life,the pa-per compared Organizational Decision-making Theory with Classical DecisionTheory.There were four challenges of Organizational Decision-making Theory:attention,conflicts,learning and adaption,and ambiguity.Several aspects for furtherstudy on Organizational Decision-making Theory were also proposed.
