摘要
本文讨论了改革开放形势下企业由旧传统向新秩序转换的特征,分析了参与决策、开放系统、耗散结构、异中求同、适者生存等组织变革的演化途径,从而提出了实现新秩序所要求的领导行为、多源实践和发展观点.
This article describes characteristics of the transformation from old tradition to the new
order in enterprises under the economic reform and open—to—the—world practice.Several
important aspects of the evolution for organizational change are discussed:participative deci-
sion—making,open systems and dissipative structure,seeking similarity from differences,
and survival of the fittest.To realize the new order,we should encourage new leadership
styles,undertake multiple practice and adopt a developmental approach.
