广东对外加工装配业务在宏观经济效益和微观经济效益方面都取得了显著成绩,潜力还很大,但全省发展不平衡。为了提高该业务的经济效益,应做到:充分发挥广东外向型经济的优势,合理调整业务的重点;力争多用国产原材料、零部件,甚至国产机械设备和国内的技术成果;实行专业化加工装配,确定统一的工缴费计算标准,各有关企业须共同遵守;提高劳动生产率;加强企业文化建设。

The processing and assembling business in Guangdong province nasachieved obvious success from the point of view of macro and microeconomics,It is in a situation with great potentialities;however,it does not maintain its equilibrium over the whole area.In order toimprove the economical efficiency in this sector,the author of thispaper suggests the following tactics:Give full play to the superiority of the outward-oriented economyin this province;rationalize the focus on the processing and assemblingbusiness;use as many domestic raw materials and components aspossible,including domestic machines and technology achievements;carryout specialization among processing and assembling departments;stand-ardize the calculation of manufacturing costs for related businesses toobserve;increase labor productivity;and strengthen the corporate culture by encouraging company loyalty.(See p.6)
