南宁罐头食品厂自营出口问题的思考

摘要 南宁罐头食品厂1988年自营出口以来,创汇逐年大幅度增长,1990年比1988年增长2.7倍,今年上半年比去年同期增长25.2%。取消出口补贴后,遇上原材料提价、商品流通费用增加,可比产品成本上升11%,受六·四风波影响,积压了大批蘑菇罐头,加上自有资金短缺,利息负担重,致上半年由一向盈利大户变成亏损户。本文认为,为促进有出口权的大中型生产企业发展,国家应采取有效措施,切实解决他们的困难,使他们走上生产一出口一再生产一扩大出口的良性循环轨道。 The Nanning Canned Food Company has seen a big increase inforeign exchange earnings year by year since its independent involvementin exports starting in 1988,The 1990 exports were 2.7 times greater than in 1988,and its exports in the first half of this year were up 25.2per cent over the same period of last year.But after the abolishmentof export subsidies,the rise in price of raw materials and circulationcosts resulted in a 11 per cent rise in the costs of comparable products.Furthermore,influenced by the June 4th event,sales were sluggishwhich led to the overstocking of large quantities of canned mushrooms.On top of that,shortages in funds and heavy interest burdens dampenedthe prospects of production and turned the once profitable company intoa deficit company in the first half of this year.Therefore the authorconsiders that,in order to accelerate the development of exports of thelarge-and intermediate-sized industrial enterprises that have been grant-ed direct expoot rights,the State government should adopt effectivemeasures to solve their problems and to guide them on the track of agood cycle of the patterns“production—export—reproduction—enlargedexport”.
