老年人的微量元素与脂质代谢

Minor element anc lipometabolism of the aged

本文对不同健康状况的老年人血液甘油三脂(TG)、胆固醇(ch)、高密度脂蛋白——胆固醇(HDL—Ch)及血清锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)、铁(Fe)等微量元素进行测定,以探讨老年人血清微量元素含量与脂质代谢异常的关系。实验结果表明,不论是高TG组或高ch组,血清Zn含量、Zn/Cu值均明显高于正常值(P<0.01);高脂血症的发生,可能与体内某些微量元素,尤其是Zn/Cu值有密切的关系。

The blood triglyceride(TG), cholesterol(ch), high density lipoprotein-eholesterol(HDL-CH)and such minor elements as serum, Zn, Cu, Fe and so on of the aged in different health have been determined in this paper, so as to discuss the relation between the content of the aged people's serum minor element and lipomeatbolic abnormality. The experimental results have shown that the content of serum Zn and Zn/Cu value are significantly higher for both groups either with high TG or with high ch. than the control one; and that the occurrence of hyperlipemia is likely related closely to some minor element in body, and Zn/Cu value in particular.
