An Application of Network Simulation and Multiple Objectives Decision in Evaluating Different Alternatives of New Technic Project

本文针对新技术项目的特点,采用了网络仿真技术与多目标决策相结合的方法,较好地解决了费用、投资、周期和风险度的预估和分析。通过对某新技术项目若干方案的技术经济性评价,证明本文提出的方法是有效的。

In this paper,use method of network simulation and multiple objectivs decision,solved evaluate and analysis of cost、invest、duration and risk very well.We proved that method above is effective by evaluation of technico—economical about different alternatives of some new technic project.
