摘要
在体育教学中,有些项目的教学效果不理想,原因是学生对所学项目的技术概念、身体素质要求等缺乏认识。本文通过实验研究后认为,为了使学生对即将开始学习的技术、技能作好充分的素质准备及心理准备,教学前应有一个超前教育的过程,从而有助于教学效果的提高。
In the physical education teaching, the effects of teaching for some events are not ideal, the reason is that students lack of understanding of the technical concept of the events they are learning, and of the demands for physical quality. After an experimental research, the study holds that in order for students to be well prepared in physical quality and psychology, there should beaprocess of lead recognization before teaching, thus contributing to an improvement of teaching effects.
