试论篮球训练理论中的“环节论”

Trial-discussion on the theory of link in the theory of basketball training

我国篮球训练理论在现有基础上应有新的突破,并提出“环节论”观点:(一)“环节论”的定义;(二)“环节论”体现了篮球对抗的整体规律;(三)“环节论”的核心——积极转化;(四)狠抓“两头”,关键在“转化”。

This study has found the theory of basketball training in our country should make a new breakthrough on the basis of its present level. Meanwhile, it has put forth the theory of link and discussed some questions concerned.They are as follows. l)the definition of the theory of link; 2)the theory of link embodying the entire rule of basketball competition; 3)the kernel of the theory of link——active transformation; 4) the transformation being the key to the energetical grasp of both sides.
