上海市普通中学课余训练工作的现状分析及发展对策

Status quo analysis and counter-measures for the development of the training work after school in Shanghai middle schools

本文针对目前上海市普通中学课余训练工作中存在的问题,通过“运动队建队及训练人数”、“课余训练项目分布”、“课余训练时间”和“影响课余训练开展的原因”等调查分析,提出了如下对策:(一)端正认识;(二)改革竞赛制度;(三)加强竞争意识;(四)提高待遇。

To the questions existing currently in the training work after school of Shanghai middle schools, this article has put forth the following counter-measures: 1).correcting realization, 2).reforming the compitition system,3).strengthening the sense of compitition,4).enhancing treatment, which is based on investigating and analysing the number of sports teams and trainees,event disposition of the training after school, time of the training after school, as well as the causes of influencing the development of the training after school.
