Comprehensive Evaluation and Thinking of Traditional Chinese Medicine Resources and Healthcare Services in Hubei Province

通过对湖北省公立中医医院的调研,结合政府部门发布的中医药统计数据,分析湖北省2005-2011年中医资源、医疗服务及其与全国平均水平、经济发达省份、中部省份的对比情况,为湖北省科学谋划中医药事业发展提供数据支撑。同时从加快建立与完善中医药统计体系及其统计制度、管理组织、统计指标体系、数据共享机制、统计数据分析与研究方法等方面提出对策和建议。

Through the survey on the public hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine and the relevant TCM statistics published by the government, this article analyzed the development conditions of TCM resources and healthcare services from 2005 to 2011 in Hubei Province, and compared them with the national average, well developed provinces and central Chinese provinces. All of these have provided a data support for the scientific development of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Hubei Province. At the same time, this article also offered solutions and suggestions for establishing and improving TCM statistical system from the aspects of statistical regulations, management organization, statistical indicator system, data sharing mechanism, analysis of statistical data, and research methods.
