摘要
急性酒精中毒合并颅脑损伤(TBI)的发病率近几年来呈递增趋势,与酒精有关的交通事故每年给社会带来沉重的经济负担,新的影像技术磁共振弥散张量成像技术(DTI)和频谱技术(MRS)可从微观结构上定量分析脑细胞内水分子弥散运动以及脑代谢物变化情况,在急性酒精中毒合并脑外伤的诊断、疗效观察及预后评估各方面有重大意义.
The incidence of traumatic brain injury(TBI ) occurs in association with acute ethanol consumption is increasing in recentyears，alcohol-related traffic accidents places a heavy burden on our society．The advances in vivo neuroimaging such as difussion tensor imaging (DTI )provides a useful method for quantificationally capitalizes on the diffusion of water molecules，which assesses microstructural information about brain integrity, and Magnetic resonance spectroscopy( MRS) provides assessment of brain metabolites. In this review the current status of DTI and MRS applications in acute alcohol intoxication association with traumatic brain injury is reviewed，and new frontiers and possible future developments in diagnosis ，therapeutic effects and evaluation of prognosis are discussed．
