2011年禄丰县居民伤害监测资料分析

Epidemiological Analysis of Injured Residents in Lufeng County: The Annual Report (2011) from Three Hospitals

目的 分析因伤害就诊的患者的伤害事故发生特征,为制定防治对策与措施提供科学依据.方法 选择禄丰县人民医院、罗次中心卫生院和广通镇卫生院3所不同级别的医院建立医院急、门诊伤害监测点,对2010年1月1日至12月31日期间到上述三家哨点监测医院就诊的首诊伤害患者进行登记报告.结果 2011年3家哨点医院登记并报告因伤害就诊的病人7361例,其中男性占65.19％,女性占34.81％;伤害前五位发生的原因是跌倒/坠落(51.22％)、机动车车祸(11.87％)、钝器伤(11.57％)、刀/锐器伤(9.84％)和动物伤(7.84％);以非故意伤害为主,男性非故意伤害的发生率明显高于女性.结论 跌倒/坠落等是禄丰县居民伤害发生的主要原因,应采取相应防控措施,以降低伤害对当地居民生命和健康的损害.

Objective To provide scientific evidence for making a strategy of injury prevention and control ln Lufeng county by an epidemiological analysis on reported cases admitted to three hospitals in the county．Methods Three elinical sentlnels for the surveillance of resident injury were set up in three hospitals in Lufeng county，Guangdong province ( LuFeng county people ，shospital ，Luocihealth center ，Guangtong health．center )．All patients admitted to the sentinels during 2010(01/0l-12/31) were registered for this research．Results There were a total of 7361 injury cases ，of them65.19％were mate and 34.8 1％female．The first five types of injuries were due to falling/tumble (51.22％) ，motor vehicle traffic accident( 11.87％) ，use of blunt instruments (11.57％) ，use of knife/sharp instruments (9.84％) ，and animal attack( 7.84％)Most of the injuries were accidents，which happened at a significant higher rate in male relative to female．Concluslon Falling/tumble is the main culprit of resident injuries in Lufeng county．Pertinent measures should be taken to reduce.the damage to the li fe and health of the local residents.
