广东省连平县中小学教师溺水认知和学校干预调查分析

摘要 目的 了解广东省农村中小学教师对学生溺水的认知和学校溺水预防干预状况,为开展学生溺水干预提供依据.方法 采用纸币抽样法抽取广东省连平县8个镇中的17所中小学,对全体297名教师进行溺水知识认知和学校溺水干预措施的问卷调查,收集相同学校736名学生关于学校溺水预防干预措施的应答情况并与教师问卷作比较.结果 52.9%教师知道溺水是少年儿童伤害最主要死因,47.1%教师知道池塘边有效防止意外溺水的栅栏高度,64.3%教师知道溺水如何急救.男教师的溺水相关知识认知平均得分低于女教师(t=-3.49,P<O.01).学校的溺水干预措施方面,78.5%和60.6%教师表示学校有开设游泳课及教授学生急救;74.1%教师和21.3%学生报告学校采用校园广播方式,73.7%教师和12.0%学生报告学校采用安全知识小册子方式.结论 中小学教师对学生溺水总体认知不足.学校溺水预防干预措施开展不到位,未能形成足够的干预效果,应加强对教师的健康宣教力度,同时采取能引起学生学习兴趣的干预方式. Objective To examunc the education and interventions of drowning in rural primary and secondary schools in Guangdong Province.Methods Seventeen schools of the eigth towns were selected by bank note sampling out of all 13 towns of Lianping country,Guangdong Province,All297 teachers in the 17 schools were surveyed by completing questionnaires,In addition,736 students in the same 17 schools were investigated ,Results 52.9% of teachers had a perception that drowning was an injury with the highest mortality in adolescents ,47.1% knew the height of an appropriate fence around a pond to prevent adolescent drowning,and 64.3% had the knowledge about the first aid of drowning,Female teachers was better than male teachers in the knowledge of drowning(t=3.49,p<0.01),78.5% of the teachers reported that their schools had swimming and first aid courses,74.1% teachers and 21.3% students reported that their schools have carried out heath education about drowning via campus radio,73.7% teachers and 12.0% students acknowledged the distribution of education pamphlets,Conclusion The education and intervention of student drowning in rural school are inadequate,More education on adolescent drowning should be provided to teachers in rural primary and secondary schools ,At the same time ,schools should adopt new interventional measures attractable to students.
