摘要 骨肉瘤是一种骨科常见恶性肿瘤,预后较差。近年来医疗技术迅猛发展,骨肉瘤的疗效也不断提高。但是本病仍然尚无有效、彻底的治疗方法。随着分子生物学研究的开展和深入,各种信号通路在骨肉瘤中的作用也越来越受到关注。其中TWEAK/Fn14通路有可能在骨肉瘤的发生发展中起到重要作用,本文将对TWEAK/Fn14通路与骨肉瘤潜在关系的研究进展做一综述。 Osteosarcoma is a kind of common orthopedic malignancies with poor prognosis. With rapid development of new techniques in recent years,the result of osteosarcoma is getting better and better. However,there is still no thorough treatment for this disease. With the development of molecular biology,more and more attention is focusing on the role of various signaling pathways in osteosarcoma. One of the signaling pathways is TWEAK/Fn14. It may play an important role in the formation of osteosarcoma. Research progress of the potential relationship between TWEAK/Fn14 signaling pathway and osteosarcoma will be elaborated and discussed.
