Diagnosis of Vereckei's new approach for ventricular tachycardia in wide QRS complex tachycardia

目的分析aVR导联四步流程对宽QRS波室性心动过速的诊断价值。方法应用Vereckei的aVR导联四步流程对100例已确诊为宽QRS波室性心动过速患者的12导联体表心电图进行回顾性分析,观察Vereckei法aVR导联四步流程对宽QRS波室性心动过速的诊断准确性。结果 Vereckei法aVR导联四步流程诊断宽QRS波室性心动过速的准确度为92%。结论 Vereckei法aVR导联四步流程分析方法简单易行,准确性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the diagnosis value of Vereckei′s new approach for ventricular tachycar-dia(VT) in wide QRS complex tachycardia(WCT).Methods 12-lead ECG data of 100 patients with previously diagnosed VT were restrospectively studied , the accuracy of Vereckei′s new approach for VT diagnosis in patients with WCT was investigated in the study .Results The accuracy of Vereckei′s new approach for VT diagnosis in pa-tients with WCT was 92%.Conclusion Vereckei′s new approach is a simple and practical method ,it has higher accuracy and is worthy to use in clinical practice .
