Advances in scoring systems of renal masses

肾脏肿瘤评分系统是最近提出的描述肾脏肿瘤复杂程度的量化标准。它们基于肾脏肿瘤的解剖学特征,诸如大小、与集合系统和肾窦的关系等,由若干变量组成,对每个变量进行量化评分,用于指导临床医师合理选择手术方式、预测围手术期并发症和预后。本文回顾了最近国内外文献中报道的几种肾脏肿瘤评分系统,分析其各自的特点及临床应用价值,评估其指导临床医师合理选择手术策略的能力。

Scoring systems of renal masses are quantitative criteria,proposed to describe the complexity of renal masses.They are based on radiological anatomical features,including tumor size,relationships with renal sinus or urinary collecting system and so on.Clinicians make a score after evaluating each parameter,which may help to predict the risk of complications and make a better choice.In this review,we summarize the current advances of scoring systems of renal masses with an emphasis on their potention to serve as a utilization on objective treatment decisionmaking and predicting of outcomes.
