摘要 目的:探讨经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗感染性肾结石的疗效及安全性.方法:对63例感染性肾结石患者进行了经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术,回顾分析患者的临床资料.结果:63例手术均获成功,3例联合经皮肾软镜取石,17例联合ESWL治疗.术中液体灌注时间平均(67±26)min.术后37例(58.7%)出现尿脓毒血症,2例(3.1%)发生重症尿脓毒血症.无其他严重并发症发生.随访2~12周,92.9%结石排净.结论:经皮肾镜钬激光碎石治疗感染性肾结石是一种安全、有效的手术方法,对于复杂的结石常需要多种治疗方法的联合应用. Objective:To discuss the safety and efficacy of percutaneous nephrolithotripsy(PNL)with holmium laser for treatment of infectious kidney stones.Methods:Sixty-three cases with infectious renal stones were managed with percutaneous lithotripsy using holmium laser.Results:All operations were successful,3 cases were combined with percutaneous flexible ureteroscopy and 17 with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL).Urosepsis occurred in 37 cases(58.7%) and 2 cases(3.1%)were severely uroseptic.No other serious complications happened. After the follow-up of 2 to 12 weeks,stone clearance rate was 92.9%.Conclusions:PNL is a useful and safe method to manage infectious renal stones.
