后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术(附35例报告)

Experience of pneumoretroperitoneum laparoscopic ureterolithotomy(Report of 35cases)

目的:探讨和总结后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术的优点和适应证,提高临床的诊治技术水平。方法:选择输尿管上段,较大的(直径大于1.2cm)输尿管结石的病例,全麻下采用后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术。左侧29例,右侧6例。结果:符合适应证的35例患者均顺利手术和恢复,手术创伤小,效果理想。结论:后腹腔镜下输尿管切开取石术治疗较大的输尿管结石,有其独特的优势,尤其是有并发梗阻积水感染的病例,可作为急诊切开取石和引流的可选手段,效果良好且恢复快。

Objective:To discuss and summarize the advantages and indications of laparoscopic ureterolithotomy and to improve the level of clinical diagnosis treatment techniques.Methods:Thirty-five cases of ureterolithiasis,of whom 29cases had calculi on the left side and 6cases on the right,we choose all case had calculi on upper ureteral and diameter of calculi greater than 1.2cm.Results:All cases average operation time was 75minutes and recovery quickly.Conclusions:The case had calculi on upper ureteral and diameter of calculi greater than 1.2cm underwent pneumoretroperitoneum-laparoscopic ureterolithotomy are good effect and recovery quickly.especilly calculi supervention hydrocele and,or infection.
