原位肝移植术后患者应用利卡汀的护理要点

目的通过对原发性肝癌行原位肝移植术患者术后静脉滴注利卡汀预防和治疗肿瘤复发的护理心得进行总结,为临床护理人员的临床护理工作提供要点参考。方法对7例静脉滴注利卡汀预防和治疗原发性肝癌行原位肝移植术后患者肿瘤复发的护理要点进行归纳总结。结果护理要点包括:术前做好患者的心理护理、药物的过敏试验、加强射线防护知识宣教、患者血常规和肝功能的情况,术后严密细致地观察患者病情变化、及早处理不良反应、做好出院指导。结论临床护理人员在应用利卡汀预防和治疗肿瘤复发时,要在自身防护基础上对患者的心理素质、身体状态进行综合把握,严密监控不良反应,为患者提供优质的护理服务。

ObjectiveTo summarize the nursing experience of patients who had received licartin intravenously for preventing and treating tumor recurrence after liver transplantation in patients with primary hepatic carcinoma and provide the key points for clinical nurse staff.Methods The nursing insight of7 patients who had received licartin intravenously for preventing and treating tumor recurrence after liver transplantation in patients with primary hepatic carcinoma has been summarized.Results The key points were as follows:taking psychological care of patients,informing them the knowledge of radiation protection and engaging drug susceptibility tests,routine blood test,along with liver function test before operation;intensive observation,instant dealing with adverse reactions and discharge-related guidance should be given to patients post operation.Conclusion When using licartin for preventing and treating tumor recurrence,clinical nurse staff should grasp the psychological quality and physical condition of patients on the basis of self-protection,observe the adverse reaction intensively and provide a quality care.
