Individualized Treatment for the Patients with Lower Extremity Varicosity

摘要 目的:探讨个体化方案治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2006年8月至2011年4月收治的手术治疗下肢静脉曲张的病人资料,共治疗病人619例632条患肢。结果全组病人无手术死亡,无深静脉血栓形成病例,无皮下血肿形成;皮肤激光烧灼伤23例,切口感染12例,经换药均痊愈;静脉性溃疡均愈合;局部少许曲张浅静脉遗漏2例;24例出现小腿足靴区皮肤麻木感。随访409例,随访1~36个月,平均16个月,浅静脉曲张复发4例(1.0%),无深静脉血栓形成。结论个体化方案治疗下肢静脉曲张,具有治疗彻底、复发率低且兼具美观的优点。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of individualized treatment for the patients with lower extremity varicosity. Methods 619 patients with lower extremity varicosity with 632 limbs underwent surgery were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital from August, 2006 to April, 2011. Results No death, deep venous thrombosis or hemotoma under the skin occurred in all patients. 23 patients suffered from skin burn by laser and 12 did from wound infection, of which were cured by dress-changing. The venous ulcers were all cured. Local superficial varicose veins were neglected without treatment in 2 patients. 24 patients had the feeling of skin numbness at the boot area of lower limb. 409 patients were followed up for 1 month to 36 months with an average of 16. Lower extremity varicose veins appeared again in 4 patients. There was no deep venous thrombosis in all patients. Conclusions Individualized treatment for lower extremity varicosty had advantages of radical, low reccurence rate and good appearance.
